Hiring Credit Controller

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, hard-working, talented, devoted individual with preferably two or more years of experience in General Insurance, and Credit Control in particular. We are a long established insurance operation run by a team of young professionals. We offer a pleasant working environment, good salary and benefits and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • •   Making Contact with people whose payment is overdue and explaining their terms of credit.
  • •   Renegotiating repayment plans with people.
  • •   Using insurance and accounting software to check credit records and set up new entries.
  • •   Processing payments.
  • •   Calling debtors to collect payments and tracing missing debtors.

Requirements & Skills:

  • •   Good spoken and written skills in English and Greek.
  • •   Assertive but tactful manner with good negotiation skills.
  • •   Administrative and computer skills.
  • •   Organised, methodical approach and good numeracy.
  • •   Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • •   Two or more years of experience will be considered as an advantage.
