Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, hard-working, talented, devoted individual with preferably two or more years of experience in General Insurance, and Credit Control in particular. Key Responsibilities:
- • Making Contact with people whose payment is overdue and explaining their terms of credit.
- • Renegotiating repayment plans with people.
- • Using insurance and accounting software to check credit records and set up new entries.
- • Processing payments.
- • Calling debtors to collect payments and tracing missing debtors.
Requirements & Skills:
- • Good spoken and written skills in English and Greek.
- • Assertive but tactful manner with good negotiation skills.
- • Administrative and computer skills.
- • Organised, methodical approach and good numeracy.
- • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- • Two or more years of experience will be considered as an advantage.
